Located directly on Bahnhofstrasse, 50 meters from Zermatt train station and Gornergrat Railway. A 5-minute walk from Sunnegga Cable Car. The local bus from Bahnhofplatz takes guests to Matterhorn Glacier Paradise valley station. Zermatt is car-free; visitors park in Täsch and take the shuttle train (runs every 20 minutes).

Steps from Matterhorn Ski Paradise and Swiss Alps. Nearby attractions include Stellisee lake (0.3 km), Mountaineers Cemetery, and Photopoint Kirchbrucke bridge (0.5 km).
